Event Report Format
Report event (REPT EVT) messages are generated by the network element (NE)
to report an event that has been assigned a notification code of NA (not alarmed).
Each nonalarmed event that is reported will generate a separate autonomous
message. The only REPT EVT messages for SWDL (software download) concern
Transient Conditions.
The following format and example are for an event report retrieved using
RTRV-AO.
