Rinsing

Step 1

Place the hopper refrigeration switch in the "OFF"

position.

Make sure the refrigeration switch is in the "OFF"

position.

Step 3

Close the draw arm plate and remove the product

chute.

Step 4

Install the splash guard.

Step 5

With a pail beneath the draw arm plate, pour four

gallons (15 liters) of cool, clean water into the

hopper. (Note: Use the faucet if the machine is

equipped with one.)
