HEADLAMP AIMING/ALIGNMENT

Head lamp levelling System in GENIO -

When vehicle is either fully loaded, it will have upward inclination disturbing the headlight
aiming. To properly align the headlight aiming we can use this system. The correct headlight
setting provides the best possible visibility to the driver without dazzling other road user.
Head light levelling switch is located on driver right hand side corner of Instrument Panel. This
switch has two positions marked as 0, and 1.
Select the suitable switch position depending on pay load as advised in the table below;

 Headlamp alignment in GENIO can be done by methods called "IN THE DARK ROOM"
Ensure that the:
a) Check and ensure all four tyre pressures are as per specification.
b) Headlamp is on 'Low Beam' & levelling switch position is on zero (0)
- Head light centre height for GENIO is 860 ± 30mm.
