Pre Work for Wheel Alignment Process:

Tyre pressure
: Ensure correct tyre pressure before doing wheel alignment.
Position of bolts
: Observe the intial positon of the camber/ castor bolts.
Sequence
: refer below chart.
• Do the runout compensation
Runout
• Adjust the camber setting by adjusting the front bolts
(refer sketch above)
Camber
• Adjust the castor setting by adjusting the rear bolts (refer
sketch above)
Castor
• Set toe-in using the track rod ends.
Indivudal Toe
In
• Check the each wheel turning angle.
Turning angle
It is very important to torque all the camber/castor bolts to 200 Nm .
Shock Absorber Projection Height – 26.0 ± 1.0 mm.
Refer below sketch and photo to adjust Shock Absorber Projection Height. Use MST No.
0602BAA0001ST & refer Repair Manual for SOP.
