Chapter 2 Preparations
PCI #1B/#1C
1. Refer to steps 1 to 6 in Chapter 2 (1.3 Overview of Installation and Removal) for preparations.
2. Remove the three screws from the rise card
B. Hold the both ends of the riser card and
lift it off.
3. Remove the three screws securing the rise
card C. Hold the both ends of the riser card
and lift it off.
4. Confirm the installation position with the reference to the table in (1.12.2 Supported cards and available
slots).
5. Remove the screw from the rise card and
remove the blank cover.
(This step is common for PCI #1B and #1C.)
