9. Attach the RAID Controller to the rise card.
For how to install RAID Controller, refer to Chapter 2 (1.12 PCI Card).
10. Insert the riser card into the slot of the motherboard and fix the riser card with the screw which you
removed in step 5.
For how to install the riser card, refer to Chapter 2 (1.12 PCI Card).
11. Attach the duct which extra battery is installed.
Battery bracket made of metal:
1. Refer to steps 1 to 6 in Chapter 2 (1.3 Overview of Installation and Removal) for preparations.
2. Lift the processor duct and remove it from the server.
3. Remove the riser card from the slot in which you are going to install an extra battery.
Refer to Chapter 2 (1.12 PCI Card) for how to remove the riser card.
