At the main menu , you select the voice "PROGRAM" and you press ENTER:
Appear the next menu which provides 5 lines (watch lateral picture), in each of
which correspond one of the special programs.
At this time select the voice "CHOCOLATE"  C
A time at menu "Step", p (4.1.4) and insert the next parameters for the chocolate:
1. STEP 1: TRAMPA (35°) , VELOCITA (840);
2. STEP 2: TRAMPA (55°) , VELOCITA (630);
3. STEP 3: TRAMPA (85°) , VELOCITA (1260);
4. STEP 4: TRAMPA (55°) , VELOCITA (840);
5. STEP 5: TRAMPA (25°) , VELOCITA (420);
6. STEP 6: TRAMPA (4°) , VELOCITA (420).
