Let's write a simple program that lights up the LEDs on the UNO board and lets them flash.

Next we connect the UNO to the computer with a USB cable.
Open the system device manager, you will see the UNO port number is COM7. It may be
recognized differently on different computers for example COM1, COM2, COM3 and so on.
