8. 壓腳彈簧片
拆除方法：
(1) 拆掉螺絲①。
(2) 拆掉壓腳彈片②。
(3) 移開彈簧片勾③才能拿掉彈簧片②。
組裝方法：
(1) 重新裝上壓腳彈片②和壓腳彈片勾③。
(2) 每片彈簧片②要對齊壓腳座。
(3) 鎖上螺絲①。
9. 切刀
上切刀的壓力調整：
(1) 當針在最高點，上切刀在左邊時壓腳要
貼著針板上，上切刀①刀刃要貼合下切
刀②的刀刃。
(2) 刀座③和壓力彈簧軸環④之間的標準間
隙為 1.0mm。
(3) 鬆開螺絲⑤和移動軸環④調整壓力。
˙ 增加壓力往上移動彈簧軸環④。
˙ 減少壓力往下移動彈簧軸環④。
註：
上刀①和下刀②前方成一直線時，上刀不能碰
到壓壁，正確後固定彈簧軸環。
