Peripheral Configuration
This section configures peripherals settings.
Trusted Platform Module
Enable or disable the connection to a TPM device via the onboard LPC connector.
Enable LPC chip TPM
Enable the connection to a TPM device via the onboard LPC connector. This is the
default setting.
Disabled
Disable the connection. For more information on TPM, please refer to the "Security" tab.

SATA Configuration
This section configures SATA devices. It also shows the information about the installed
SATA drives.
SATA
Enable or disable the Serial ATA controller. The default is enabled.
SATA Configured as
The mode selection determines how the SATA controller(s) operates.
AHCI Mode
This option sets the Serial ATA devices to use AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface).
This is the default setting.
IDE
This option sets the Serial ATA devices to use IDE (Integrated Device Electronics).
Serial ATA Port 0, 1 and 2 and Hot Plug
Enable or disable each Serial ATA port and its hot plug function.
