The next step is to assign an appropriate data
record description to the input chain (for saving
the booking data).

fields. For Name you use the designation you al-
ready used in the data record description. Then
assign the appropriate field of the data record de-
scription. In our case it is Date_Time. A function
is not necessary here, because format and value are
set by the system.
