3.4.2 About leap second correction

GPS Time of TS811 is affected by leap second correction.
The correction of the leap second of the Unified Controller nv series type2
occurs after controller power supply ON start. And it occurs when conventional
world time revises a leap second during Unified Controller nv series type2
operation. (After the power supply ON start of the controller, TS811 is affected
by Leap Second Fix made in the past.)
In addition, influence extends to the function using the time with a controller
when occurs in a Leap Second Fix at the GPS time of TS811. (ex. TC-net I/O
node SA9A1 System Log time etc.)
When the correction of the leap second occurs, the Unified Controller nv series
type2 resets the calendar data. (The the leap second is multiplied. Therefore
time to need it before a system revises it at the time gets longer when the
number of times of the correction of the leap second when it occurred in the past
increases.)
