If your PNA's serial number prefix is 4742 or below, the display and
touchscreen may not initially work. This is normal. This issue will be fixed
when the new front panel is installed.
If the front panel display blanking occurs, to verify your PNA boots up and
stabilizes, connect a PC monitor to the rear video output connector and
verify the PNA's behavior.
