12 SAFETY
12.1 Intended use
The workshop press may only be used in technically perfect condition and intended purpose,
and danger! Disorders, which may affect the safety, be immediately resolved!
It is generally forbidden to modify safety equipment of the machine or to make ineffective!
The Workshop Press WP 50H / WP 75H / WP 100H are exclusively for press in arti-
cles (ball bearings, ...) and deformation of materials provided.
For a different or additional use and resulting damage or injury takes HOLZMANN
MACHINES no responsibility or warranty.

12.1.1 Ambient conditons

The machine may be operated:
humidity
temperature
The machine shall not be operated outdoors or in wet or damp areas.
The machine shall not be operated in areas exposed to increased fire or explosion haz-
ard.

12.2 Prohibited use

 The operation of the machine under conditions outside of this manual on given lim-
its is not allowed.
 Never exceed the maximum capacity of the press.
 Never exceed the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, otherwise the unit
may be damaged or parts thereof.
 Before starting the pressing process ensures that the press table was aligned hori-
zontally and secured to the frame bolts on all 4 mounting points. Use without bolts
is prohibited!
 Any changes in the design of the machine is not permitted.
 The operation of the machine in a manner or for purposes which are not equivalent
to the instructions of this manual to 100%, is prohibited.
 Never leave the machine never, especially not when children are around!

12.3 Security Instructions

Missing or non-readable security stickers have to be replaced immediately!
To avoid malfunction, machine defects and injuries, read the following security instructions!
