• Go Up One Level — Click this icon to display folders and files
in the next highest directory.
• Drive List — To save to another drive, click the arrow to
display a drop-down list of local and network drives. Select
the desired drive. A list of all directories on the drive you
chose are displayed in the display area of the dialog box.
2. Double-click on a folder in the display area to display files in that
folder. This folder is where the file will be saved.
3. Type a file name into the File name field.
4. Click Save. The file is saved to the specified folder as an ASCII
text file.
