10 Putting into Operation
To control the B600 power wheelchair, the Modular Control System is used.
The Modular Control System comprises a control panel for entering the driving
instructions by the user and for displaying the current state as well as a controller,
which uses the input data to control the motors and other electric functions.
Data transmission is realized via a bus system.
This modular design allows to connect other modules and input devices such as chin
control, suck-and-blow control or electric seat functions.
The healthcare provider can program the control and thus adapt the wheelchair
control to the individual user's requirements.
