Probable Cause
a. Blown Fuse.
b. Mechanical Link
disconnected, bent or
jammed.
c. Motor bad or unplugged.
d. Loose or broken wires.
e. Faulty main circuit board.
a. Disconnected, loose or
broken wiring.
b. Faulty main circuit board.
a. Dirty Opto-sensor in
dispenser.
b. Incorrect dipswitch
settings on main board.
c. Faulty ticket dispenser.
d. Faulty main circuit board.
Remedy
a. Replace fuse in fuse block. See Figure 4
b. Reconnect or replace mechanical arms
between motor and table.
c. Reconnect motor wiring or replace drive
motor. See page 16
d. Check for loose or broken wiring at
connectors for motor and main circuit board.
Check continuity from plug to crimped ends.
e. Replace main board with a spare Gen 5
board if possible to isolate the problem to
the main circuit board.

between main board and ticket dispenser.
b. Replace main board with a spare Gen 5
board if possible to isolate the problem to
the main circuit board.
a. Blow clean with compressed air and wipe
with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swab.
b. Check and correct dipswitch settings. See
settings on page 6.
c. Test by replacing with working dispenser
from another game.
d. Replace main board with a spare Gen 5
board if possible to isolate the problem to
the main circuit board.
