Application
Only the centre part of the grill heating element is
heated. Energy-saving grilling for small amounts of
food.

baked pizza, bread or bread rolls.
Can only be used with the roaster, pull-out system
and heating element – these are optional accesso-
ries.
Heat-resistant cast roaster for large joints of meat,

Proving: For yeast dough and sourdough.
Dough will rise considerably more quickly than at
room temperature. The optimal temperature setting
for yeast dough is 38 °C.
