Possible error messages

Below is a list of possible errors which may be detected by the system. These will appear in the software as
messages on the display.
The Reset signal (X11) or the reset button on the laser rack are used to acknowledge an error. In order for
the system to be reset, the error or the corresponding input signal must be acknowledged.
Warning
System errors which cannot be reset or which indicate a hardware error should only be resolved
by Trotec Laser GmbH trained service personnel.
Error message
Card off line.
Scanner not connected.
Scanner X error.
Scanner Y error.
Signal cable not connected.
External abort.
External stop.
Voltage error (15V).
Voltage error (24V).
Laser power supply error.
Shutter error.
Cover connector opened during marking.
External sum alarm.
System locked by key switch.
Laser temperature.
Laser power.
Laser not ready for emission.
Laser back reflection.
Laser system error.
Emergency stop button.
Error.

Cause
Software has lost connection to the TLC2 controller
No connection to the galvanometer scanner.
The X-axis of the galvanometer scanner has
identified an error.
The Y-axis of the galvanometer scanner has
identified an error.
No connection to the marking head.
External abort signal identified on X11.
External stop signal identified on X11.
+/- 15V power supply not functioning correctly.
24V power supply not functioning correctly.
Faulty laser source power supply.
Shutter has not reached intended position.
ICL1 and ICL2 were opened during the marking
process .
External error signal identified on X11.
Key switch on laser rack locked.
Laser source overheated.
24 V power supply outside the permissible tolerance
zone.
e.g. key switch not activated.
Back reflection of the laser beam.
Laser power supply voltage is too high or too low.
Emergency stop button activated.
+/-15V monitoring.
24V laser monitoring.
