15 . To turn off the power to the machine, press the
stop button .
IMPORTANT Grinding dust can interfere with the
machine's operation . Clean the machine daily to
remove all of the grinding dust . Use a vacuum
cleaner, brush or similar to clean the machine .

5 .3 .1 Problems during grinding

If double tie straps are encountered, the sensor will
stop the machine and indicate an error .
1 . Stop the grinding disc and the chain pusher .
WARNING Make sure the machine has
stopped moving before you put your hands into
the machine .
2 . Feed the chain manually to the next cutter .
3 . Start the chain pusher and the grinding disc
again .
4 . When the cutter is correctly placed, press and
hold the sensor reset button until the machine
starts again .
5 . Resume the grinding .
If a broken cutter is encountered, the sensor will
stop the machine and indicate an error . Replace the
cutter or discard the chain .
