RAIL PRESSURE DEVIATION

EMS ECU compares the rail pressure monitored through the rail pressure sensor against the expected
pressure generated due to HPP
NORMAL OPERATION
Ignition ON
The ECU compares the rail pressure monitored through the rail
pressure sensor against the expected pressure generated due
to HPP ( Based on MPROP position and the engine RPM and
coolant temperature )
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS
Ignition ON
EMS ECU supply voltage 8-16V
The negative governor deviation is less than the range and
the set point for fuel flow thru metering unit is lesser than the
limit
DTC REACTIONS
Torque Limitation
Engine Check lamp continuously ON
HEALING CONDITION
Ignition Off/On
