the range of 8-16 V

Corrective Actions
1. Check the battery voltage and ensure it is within the range (11-14V). If voltage is less, check
for charging circuit malfunction
2. Check for loose EMS ECU ground connection
3. Check for short to ground in EMS ECU power supply
4. Replace the EMS ECU
