GEAR NEUTRAL SWITCH

The gear neutral switch is a normally closed switch located on the trasnsmission which provides
information on gear neutral position to EMS ECU
NORMAL OPERATION

Ignition ON

When there is valid gear change , gear neutral sensor signal
changes accordingly
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS

Ignition ON

EMS ECU supply voltage 8-16V

When there is valid gear change , no change in gear neutral
sensor signal
DTC REACTIONS

Start stop will not work
HEALING CONDITION

Ignition Off/On
