Error Log

1. Enter Diagnostics mode.
2. Select [ERROR LOG].
3. The last 6 errors will be displayed, 1 being the latest.
4. To clear the error log:
• Press the RESET button. The second menu appears.
• Select [YES] to clear the log.
• Select [NO] to save the log.
• Press RETURN to return to the Diagnostics mode main
menu.

Storage

This procedure enables overriding a NVRAM error. NVRAM stores all of
the customer settings. By overriding an NVRAM error, you allow the
customer temporary use of their printer using factory defaults only.
1. Enter the Diagnostic Mode.
2. Select [STORAGE]. [RUN ON ERROR] is displayed.
3. Select [YES] to allow the printer to continue to run, even though
the NVRAM is bad.
