Clear the duplex paper path of obstructions.

Load the correct paper in the tray.

Make sure to set the paper selector on the duplex unit to match
the width of the paper used in the tray.

Enter the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to:
Input tray quick print > Tray 1 > Duplex

Reseat the duplex unit.

Check the duplex unit gears for damage.

Check the rollers and belts for wear and contamination.
