Service Diagnostics

4. Enter User Name: Service Password: Sample (Confidential) and press OK.
5. Once you type the User name and password, service diagnostics main screen (Refer Figure 7-4) will
appear.
Main Screen Consists of the following buttons:
1.) Full Tests: To do the tests on MST, TRX, and CON boards.
2.) KeyBoard Test: To perform the Keyboard Test
3.) LCD Test: To perform the Display Tests
4.) Error Logs: To view the Errors occurred in the system
5.) Event Logs: To view the Event Logs .
6.) Copy to USB: To copy the Log files to USB
7.) Copy to CD: To copy the Log files to CD
8.) Return: Return to the main Utility screen.
NOTE:
For all kind of Tests
If Indicator is Red ------Test is failed and you may see Error Logs .
If indicator is Green ------ Test is passed and all the components are Ok.
