Enlarging th e ca rg o area:
The ca rg o area can be en la rg e d by
placing th e sea t c u s h io n s in a ve rtica l
po sitio n and rem o ving th e m . To
rem ove each seat cu sh io n , pu ll up the
lever (4) on the u n d e rsid e of th e seat
and pull th e seat c u s h io n o u t o f its
hinges.
F olding th e b a c k re s t fo rw a rd :
W hen fo ld in g th e b a c k re s t fo rw a rd ,
the hinge p ins m u st re s t in th e b ra c k ­
ets at the b a ckre st. It is n o t ne cessa ry
to rem ove th e head re s tra in ts b e fo re
fo ld in g th e b a c k re s t fo rw a rd if the
seat cu sh io n has been rem oved.
W hen re in sta llin g th e seat c u sh io n , be
sure to lo c k th e re s p e c tiv e sea t c u s h ­
ion in to its hinges.
In a d d itio n , w h en tra n s p o rtin g
e xtre m e ly long item s, pu sh fro n t p a s­
se n g e r s ea t fo rw a rd , re m o ve head
re s tra in t and lo w e r b a c k re s t to the
rear.
N o te s:
It m u st be e n su re d th a t

and fro n t p a sse n g e r u n d e r hard
bra kin g o r in th e case o f a head-
on c o llisio n
• the he atin g e le m e n ts o f th e rear
