TROUBLESHOOTING

LED not displayed on the unit during charging?
• The connector is not properly connected.
• The unit is not docked properly.
LED is displayed after installation but then turns off
during charging?
• Faulty charging cup.
• Faulty device.
Battery Status LED Indicators and Descriptions
Red Battery level below 19%.
Green Battery level above 20%.
Orange
Battery is charging from USB connector
or charging pads.
None Device is turned off.
CONTACTLESS CARD Reader
The internal contactless card reader (RFID) is located
on the back of the unit. Place a card or tag over the RF
ID logo.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Use the link provided to create an account and gain
access to our Knowledge Base and online support
services. Through our online support center, you'll be
able to download files, open a Support Ticket, manage
your RMAs, view your account Profile and subscribe to
Alerts.
To Request a RMA:
1. Create a user account in the RMA Support portal
at http://ipcmobile.com/support/
rma/
2. Login to your user account and click Create RMA
Request.
3. Read the instructions provided and complete
the online request form.
4. Note the assigned RMA number and write it
clearly on your shipping carton.
5. Ship your equipment back to us at the address
provided.

WARNINGS & CAUTIONS
Please observe the following precautions:
• Keep the device away from liquids. Do not
immerse the device in water.
• The device is intended for indoor use only. When
not in use, store it in a cool, dry place.
• Do not store it near a heat source. Keep both
the power supply and device away from direct
sunlight and/or heat.
• All devices should only be repaired by Infinite
Peripherals or an authorized service facility.
BARCODE SCANNER
1D and 2D barcodes can be scanned for single, multi,
motion detect, or multi-scan without duplicates
modes.
1. Press and hold the Scan button.
2. Place the scanning engine in the center
of the barcode.
3. Ensure the illumination box is over the
outer edges of the barcode,
4. Slowly pull the device back or forward,
while increasing or decreasing the
distance between the barcode and the
scanning head, until the barcode is read
by the scanner.
WARRANTY
Infinite Peripherals does not warrant, and is not
responsible for, any damage to the Linea Pro 7 Plus
scanner ("Product") as a result of liquid or solid particle
intrusion into the Product or damage caused by
dropping the Product. If a material or workmanship
defect arises with regard to any Infinite Peripherals
product, and a valid claim is received within the
Warranty Period, Infinite Peripherals (at Infinite
Peripherals' sole discretion) will (1) repair the Product
using new or refurbished parts, or (2) replace the
Product with a new or refurbished Product. For
purposes of this limited warranty, "refurbished" means
a product or part that has been substantially returned
to its original specifications. In the event of a defect,
these are your exclusive remedies.
Note: Box contents and part numbers may vary based on
order configuration.
