Connection between PedalPro Ex and FC-300
Use the MIDI splitter connector and 5 wires MIDI cable to connect PedalPro
Ex to the Roland FC-300. If you do not have them please contact us and we
will provide the order details.
Connect FC-300 MIDI out to the midi out splitter (male connector)
Connect FC-300 MIDI in to the midi in splitter (male connector)
Connect the PedalPro Ex to the splitter (female connector) using the 5
wired midi cable

Setting up FC-300
Thanks to the bi-directional communication, the FC-300 can control the
PedalPro Ex without requiring any user programming.
Set up instructions:
1.
Turn On the PedalPro
2.
Turn On the FC-300 and set it to SYSEX mode
3.
Press 1/6 button on the FC-300
Once the connection is established the PedalPro Ex display you will show the
following:
Play:
At the same time the FC-300 will display the preset name and number.
If you need toedit a preset parameter, use the EXIT button on the PedalPro Ex
to disconnect from the FC-300, adjust your parameter, save the changes and
use the 1/6 button to reconnect on the FC-300.
