Menu: Filtration Length (daily) / Algorithm
SPEEDEO proposes 4 different algorithms to suit different preferences concerning the ratio of the
number of hours for filtration according to the water temperature.
- Once the SPEEDEO is linked to a SOLEO, this menu Filtration Length disappears. The
SOLEO will manage the filtration length.

t=T VS (the daily filtration time is equal to the temperature value in ° Celsius): At 10 °C, filtration will function 10 hrs/day,
at 20 °C 20h/day... Aimed at pumps with variable speed control, this mode filters the most.
BlueVS Aimed at pumps with variable speed control, this mode filters less, particularly at temperatures below 15 °C,
where bacteria do not easily develop.
t=T/2Classic (the daily filtration time is equal to half the temperature value in ° Celsius): At 10 °C, filtration will function
5 hrs/day, at 20 °C 10 hrs/day ...Aimed at pumps with fixed speeds, this mode filters the most.
Blue Classic Aimed at pumps with fixed speeds, this mode filters less, particularly at temperatures below 15 °C, where
bacteria do not easily develop.
1 - Start the secured Install menu (from the main menu, simultaneously hold down Esc and Valid for 3 secs. A star appears
in the top right corner of the home screen).
2 - On the Filtration Length / Algorithmsub-menu, select your chosen mode.
Menu: Filtration Length (daily) / Eco-Normal-Turbo Mode
This control increases or decreases the filtration time.
- TURBO increases the filtration time (modifiable factory setting: +30%) to compensate for a pump
which is undersized with respect to the height of the pool, or to compensate for intensive pool use with
more bathers than normal.
- ECO decreases the filtration time (modifiable factory setting: -30%) to compensate for a pump which
is undersized with respect to the height of the pool, or to compensate for underactivity (e.g. a pool at a
secondary residence which has not been used for a long period).
