Reading Measurements In Real Time On A Pc - Delta HD207 Series Instruction Manual

Option: the card is divided into six areas:
1) Memory:
A) Endless loop memory: it activates the endless loop memory function (see below the de-
tailed description of this function).
B) Clear memory now: it is the button used to clear the instrument memory content. When
you press the key, you will be asked to confirm the operation: press YES to continue or
NO to cancel.
2) Select channel to store: it selects the channel or the channels to be stored. If no change is
made, the current setting will be held (visible in the first card - "Current Settings" -)
3) Select Unit measurement: it selects the temperature unit of measurement between °C and °F.
4) Display: it selects which channel to view on the instrument display : the first only, the second
only, or both of them, alternately.
5) Lock keyboard: the instrument keyboard can be locked to prevent other non-authorized peo-
ple changing the instrument operation. The lock can be: partial (partial lock: start button
free) – only the function of start logging is accessible – or total (total lock) – all keys are
locked and all operations can be managed from PC only.
6) Custom settings: it stores (save settings) and recalls (load settings) an instrument setup
Press APPLY ALL to confirm, or Cancel to cancel the operation.

Reading Measurements in Real Time on a PC

With the instrument connected to the PC, press Read Instrument to read on the PC monitor
the measurements detected by the minidatalogger in real time. The sampling time is auto-
matically set at 1 second. The following window will appear:
