Val-
Meaning
ue
Adjusted monitoring time (Watchdog) of communication be-
18
tween operator and PC / operator and inverter has been ex-
ceeded.
After reset the operation is again possible (without storage in
21
the EEPROM)
Is triggered, if a digital input is being programmed as external
31
error input and trips.
The load-shunt relay has not picked up. This occurs for a
short time during the switch-on phase, but must automati-
cally be reset immediately. If the error message remains the
following causes may be applicable:
15
load-shunt defective
input voltage wrong or too low
high losses in the supply cable
Error "Fault reset level reached" is triggered when the adjust-
41
ed value in parameter Pn.15 is reached within one hour. The
error can be reset.
3
One or more phases are missing.
40
Mains frequency outside the adjusted tolerance range (cS.03)
36
No longer overheating in the interior E.OHI, interior tempera-
ture has fallen by at least 5°C, error can be reset
7
no overload, OL counter reaches 0 %; a cooling down phase
must be awaited after error E.OL. This message appears
17
upon completion of the cooling phase. The error can be re-
set. The inverter must remain switched on during the cooling
phase.
Occurs, if the specified peak current is exceeded. Causes:
acceleration ramps too short
short-circuit at the output
4
ground fault
overload too high (e.g., deceleration ramp too high at the in-
verter)
wrong parameterization
Overtemperature of power module. Error can only be reset
at E.nOH, if the temperature has dropped by at least 5 °C.
Causes:
8
insufficient air flow at the heat sink (soiled)
ambient temperature too high
ventilator clogged
Overheating in the interior.error can only be reset at E.nOHI,
6
if the interior temperature has dropped by at least 5 °C.
Overload, error can only be reset at E.nOL, if OL-counter
reaches 0% again. Occurs, if an excessive load is applied
longer than for the permissible time (see technical data).
