Set Selection

The drop-down box on the lower left corner of the display is used to select the desired
Profile Set. Each set is a collection of three profile selections and scale settings. You can
modify profile sets by selecting a profile set (with the drop-down box) and then selecting
the desired profiles for that set. Profile sets are retained through system restarts and may
be different at all Operator Stations. Profile set names can be modified through the
Profiles Setup Display.

Quality Summary

The Quality Summary display shows quality information for selected measurements in the
system. It consists of two major sections, one showing the measurements and the quality
information, and the other showing the scanner status information. There are multiple sets
of this display, each of which is configurable through setup displays. Which scanners and
measurements appear on each display can be configured through the setup display.
Additionally, which measurement array's data to display is also configurable through the
setup display.
When you click the Quality Summary
following screen is displayed.
Spread is the n sigma spread of the data for the displayed variable, including the

data not shown when zoomed in. n is the sigma multiplier as set through the System
Setup & Debug pop-up display, typically 2.
Average is the average value of the data for the displayed variable, including the data

not shown when zoomed in. If the variable is being displayed around average, a green
arrow is shown to the right of the label.
An optional value can be displayed as the seventh value.
