Selecting the Next Recipe

To select the next recipe, follow the below instructions:

Loading the Current Recipe

To load a recipe, follow the below instructions:

From the Recipe Change window, select the name of the recipe you want to use . The

selected recipe is highlighted.
Click the Retrieve Recipe button. This loads the selected recipe in the Next position.

All the recipe parameters, as set for this recipe appears in the Next Target column.
You have now set up the next recipe to run. However, the system is still using the

data in the Current Target column. You can select the next recipe to run at any time
without affecting the system.
Select the recipe to load. See section Selecting the Next Recipe.

Make any necessary edits to the next recipe's parameters.

If you are collecting data for statistical purposes and MIS reports, press the Recipe

End button to stop collecting the data and to generate reports for the product that
was being measured.
When the new material to be measured reaches the calendar, press the Load Recipe

button. This causes all the information (including any parameters that you edited)
about this new material to be loaded into the QCS system.
The Next Position column transfers into Current Position column.

Description
Displays all the recipes that have already been
established
1. When you press the "Recipe Start" button then
any information that the scanner collects about
your process is used in the statistical and MIS
reports. You press the "Recipe Start" button
when actual product is being produced.
2. When you press the "Recipe End" button, then
although the scanner is still collecting data about
your product, this information is not included in
the statistical information.
