COOLING SYSTEM SCHEME

PART LIST - LUBRICATION SYSTEM
1. Water pump
2. Connected to the water tank
3. Flow back to the water tank
Water flow direction
WATER PUMP INSPECTION
1. Inspect the wear and tear of the impeller set (1). Severe
wear and replace it.
WATER PUMP ASSEMBLING
1. Install the oil pump (1) on the right crankcase and check free
movement.
2. Tighten the bolts (2).
NOTE
Renew the gasket.
