"Executing position/speed observation without the servo motor with functional safety (_ _ 2 _)" in [Pr. PSA02]
of the encoder slave servo amplifiers. Setting "Executing position/speed observation with the servo motor with
functional safety (_ _ 1 _)" in [Pr. PSA02] of the encoder slave servo amplifiers will trigger [AL. 7B.1 Encoder
diagnosis error 1 (safety observation function)].
