Conductivity Calibration

Conductivity calibration is performed with a zero calibration with the probe clean and dry, and with a single calibration solution
of known conductivity.
The conductivity probe must be calibrated with the temperature probe in the calibration solution.
Calibration Procedure:
1.
Clean and wipe the conductivity and temperature probes dry.
2.
Ensure the conductivity sensor is completely dry and wait until the EC reading has stopped falling.
3.
Once the readings are no longer falling, set the zero calibration.
4.
Place both the conductivity and temperature probes into the calibration solution.
5.
Wait for the reading to stabilize.
6.
Enter the conductivity of the calibration solution into the span calibration value and set the span calibration.
7.
The calibration is complete; the reading should display the conductivity of the calibration solution.
Note: Once the zero calibration is complete, it should not be necessary again. Re-calibration of the span is all that is necessary
to maintain the accuracy of the sensor.
Touch Panel
Access the sensor calibration menu from "Main Menu -> System -> Analog Sensors -> Sensor Cal."
Press "EC" to access the conductivity
calibration.
Software
Press the calibration button
Note: Always set the zero calibration before setting the span calibration.
