seconds: Specifies an interval in the range of 1 to 600 seconds.
Usage guidelines
The setting takes effect only if the VTEP is the DED on the tunnel.
The DED sends CSNP packets at the specified interval to advertise LSP summaries to the remote VTEP for
LSDB synchronization.
