11. Turn the lamp base over, feed the cable back into the instrument, re-seat the black lamp
base in the silver housing and re-tighten the silver thumb screw to hold it in place.
12. Close the lamp access door.

Do not attempt to use any lamp other than the lamps sold specifically for this instrument.
Correct voltage, wattage, and precise height of the filament are essential to proper operation of
your SPECTRONIC 200 spectrophotometer.
Note Be sure to specify that you require a lamp for the SPECTRONIC 200E. Your
SPECTRONIC 200E uses a different lamp than the original SPECTRONIC 200.
