6. On exiting the setup screen above, the instrument will prompt you insert and measure the
blank. See Figure 49.

Once the blank measurement has been recorded and saved the software moves
immediately to a Live Display mode. There is no further need to press buttons. Simply
insert your samples, wait a few seconds for the reading to update and stabilize, and record
the value.
