Select Concentration mode by pressing the right arrow key until CONCENTRATION
displays on the instrument

place your standard solution cuvette in the sample stage and press
measurement, the instrument will calculate the factor and display it on the screen
This factor can be used in the future to set up the method without need for a standard
solution.
