10.0 Eliminating errors

Description
Device cannot be switched on
Battery does is not recharge
Charging symbol does not light
up despite proper connection to
the mains cable
„Vacuum low"

Possible causes
Battery completely empty
Fuse defect
Mains cable defect or not plugged
in properly
Mains cable or battery are inter-
nally defect
Leakage
Blockage in the hose system
Filter/ Overflow protection in hose
/ canister is blocked
Liquids sucked into pump
Therapy was not started
Excessively high vacuum applied
from the outside
Venting valve defect
Battery almost empty
Battery empty
Measures
Connect the battery recharger
to the device to recharge the
battery,
Note that the progress can be
checked in the upper left hand
corner of the display
Control fuses
Control mains cable
Device must to be checked by
the manufacturer or an autho-
rised service partner
Check all the hoses and the cani-
ster for leakages
Remove the blockage if necessary.
Remove the measuring channel
from the connection to the cani-
ster. If the filter in the measuring
channel is blocked exchange the
hosing system
Check hose and filter.
If the filter is wet exchange cani-
ster and filter
The device must be checked by
the manufacturer or an autho-
rised service partner
Start therapy
Check for correct hose connec-
tions
Device must be repaired by the
manufacturer or an authorised
service partner
Connect the battery recharger
to recharge the battery. The pro-
gress is displayed in the upper
left hand corner of the display.
