260B Cannot Clear the Error Log. The error cause still exists.
Sends an explicit message over the PROFIBUS network to an OMRON slave
device and receives a response.
The Explicit Message Send command sends a CIP-defined explicit message
to an OMRON PROFIBUS Slave device supporting CIP messages.
Unlike other FINS commands, the Explicit Message Send command specifies
the PROFIBUS Master Unit station address (i.e. the local node) as the CMND
instruction control code destination. The actual destination address, i.e.
address of the targeted slave device is specified using the Destination Station
Address in the Explicit Message Send command.
Always specify the PROFIBUS Master Unit address in the CMND instruction
control code. If another Unit's address is specified an error will occur.

2. Since station address 0 is reserved in FINS commands, the Master unit
and the targeted slave device must not have the station address set to 0.
3. The Explicit Message Send command is wrapped in a PROFIBUS DP-V1
Class 2 message. The handling of this message, i.e. establishing a con-
nection, transferring data and aborting a connection is done automatically
by the PROFIBUS Master unit.
