Viewing and Playing Voicemail Messages

New messages will be in your voicemail box if:
The voicemail key on the AC-HRS device is illuminated red.
The Ring LED on the AC-HRS device is illuminated blue (see
An envelope icon is displayed in the AC-HRS device's screen.
A stutter dial tone is heard when you pick up the handset.
To view a list of your voicemail messages:

Press the voicemail key:

Touch the Call softkey and wait for the list to update.

Scroll to select from the list which message to Play, Call or Delete.
Note:
For this feature to function:
Your network administrator must enable private voicemail for you.
You must sign in to the AC-HRS device with your username and password. If you signed
in with your PIN code, voicemail will be unavailable and you'll see the message Your
account is not configured for Exchange Unified Messaging.
Features like this, activated from Microsoft's Exchange Server, are only available after
signing in to the AC-HRS device with Username and Password.
By default, the AC-HRS device skips PIN code authentication and allows users direct
access to voicemail. The network administrators can secure user access to voicemail with
PIN code authentication so that when the user presses the voicemail key, they're
prompted to enter their PIN code. See the Administrator's Manual for details.
When you have at least one new message in your voicemail box, you can listen to it.
