Any troubleshooting or ideas as to why this happened; headphones work with computer fine to listen to music and worked fine earlier this week with desktop phone

The AudioCodes C435HD headset may have stopped working with the desktop phone due to the phone entering hibernation mode after a period of inactivity. This can cause the device to become unavailable, affecting headset functionality and call queue performance. Check the phone or Microsoft Teams settings to disable or adjust power-saving features to prevent hibernation.

To adjust the time on the AudioCodes C435HD telephone, configure the following settings:

1. Set the Time Zone:
- Use the parameter `date_time/timezone` and set it to the desired time zone (e.g., `+02:00` for UTC+2).

2. Enable or Disable Daylight Saving Time (DST):
- Use `date_time/time_dst`, setting it to `1` to enable DST or `0` to disable it.

3. Set the Time Format:
- Use `date_time/time_format`, setting it to `12` for a 12-hour format or `24` for a 24-hour format.

These settings can be applied through the phone’s configuration interface.

The AudioCodes C435HD IP Phone supports headsets through an RJ9 port and a USB-A port. It is compatible with USB headsets and RJ9-wired headsets. Additionally, it has an EHS (Electronic Hook Switch) RJ11 port, which may support wireless headsets with EHS compatibility.
