The original mode key on the operation panel has
two settings:

Only two of the 10 settings can be accessed directly from the operation panel.
In a new machine, these are Text 1 and Photo 1.
To change to a different two settings, use the user tool indicated on the slide.
Note that the Text indicator does not have to be allocated to a Text mode and
the Photo key does not have to be allocated to a Photo mode.
For example, the Text indicator can be allocated to Photo 3, and the Photo
indicator can be allocated to Special 4.
