The width sensor has four possible outputs, as shown in the diagram in the
manual.
As pointed out earlier, the user must position the guides correctly.
The link at the bottom of the slide goes to a table that shows how the machine
interprets the outputs from the sensors. There is also some more information
about how the sensors work.
