The top diagram shows the scanner. The scanner has one motor.
The bottom diagram shows how the main motor drives the fusing unit, PCU, and
development unit.
The three insets on the right hand side show the main motor and the gear trains
to these three units.
The main motor also drives the paper feed mechanisms via the train of gears in
the lower part of the bottom diagram.
