10.14 Maintenance
Description
Maintenance functions are required to prevent failures in devices and systems
due to wear. This increases the availability of the system. Optimized use is
achieved when the motor starter indicates its own imminent failure or that of
the motor in good time in stages. This eliminates the need for regular checks by
the service personnel as to whether maintenance is to be carried out.
Device parameters
Two maintenance timers are available, enabling indirect recording of the wear
and tear caused during operation time. The maintenance timers are special
hours of operation counters that can both reset and parameterized also warning
limit values.
