2.7 Mounting the MOBOTIX M22M to a Wall or Ceiling

The wall mount is large enough to mount the camera over a wall outlet (see sec-
tion 2.7.4, Mounting the Camera over Wall Outlets ).
In order to increase the tilt of the camera, turn the vertical tilt joint by 180 degrees or
shorten it.
Only use the supplied connection cables and make sure that the
supplied rubber plugs have been fitted to seal off both connectors.
Note that the camera must never be installed without properly
installed connection cables and rubber plugs!
Never use
screws with countersunk heads to fasten the mount, as
these screws will destroy the mount.

2.7.1 Mounting to a Wall

Before attempting to mount the cam-
era, make sure that you have found the
best camera position. It is important
that the camera's field of view is not
obstructed in any way.
Once the camera has been mounted to
the wall, you can fine-tune its position.
Using the integrated SecureFlex wall
mount, the camera can be turned hori-
zontally and tilted vertically.
When mounted to a wall, the camera can be turned/tilted as follows:
• horizontally: approx. 180°
• vertically: approx. 70°
2.7.2 Mounting to the Ceiling

view is not obstructed in any way.

the ceiling, you can fine-tune its posi-
tion. Using the integrated SecureFlex
